By Telephone Booking, Please write cheques payable to ROSELODGE HOUSE NEWCASTLE LTD. You can alternatively issue a bank transfer payment; in such a case please request our bank transfer details.
Request confirmation of your booking: We will send confirmation of your booking on request via e-mail or text. We can scan a copy of your card transaction receipt or issue a pre-invoice via email.
RESERVATION POLICIES CHECK-IN Check in from 2 pm until 12 pm CHECK-OUT Standard checkout is by 12AM. Extended Checkout Charges: You can arrange to extend your stay for an additional £5 per hour after standard checkout time. If you decide to pay to extend your stay, you must leave by 1pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY We do not offer a refund for direct bookings made over the phone or via email. Please bear in mind that you will forfeit any deposit held by us if you choose to cancel. In exceptional cases, we will return the deposit.
CHECK-IN-POLICIES Check-in is from 2pm. We do not accept guests after 12pm; in case checking-in before 11pm is not possible, inform us in advance so that we can be prepared. On arrival total-booking costs, needs to paid by cash or by credit/debit card. We charge a 4% card transaction fee. We do not accept cheques upon arrival.
STORAGE FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Free of charge.
