Lamb Jalfrezi
Marinated lamb fillets grilled and served in a fairly hot sauce cooked shredded onions,
crushed ginger, garlic, green chillies,  capsicums.
Lamb Curry
Spring lamb cooked in a fairly hot curry of tomatoes, spring onions,  massala capsicums.
Chicken Korma
A mild and sweet dish cooked with almonds and coconut to give a creamy consistency.
Vegetable Curry
In a little vegetable oil, fry the onions gently.
Chicken Curry
Medium is strength, cooked in herbs, spices and a rich sauce.
Chicken Bhuna
A combination of a special blend of spices fried together to provide a dish of medium strength.
