Diced pieces of chicken marinated in herbs and yoghurt before being served with

Lamb Jalfrezi
Marinated lamb fillets grilled and served in a fairly hot sauce cooked shredded
onions,
crushed ginger, garlic, green chillies, capsicums.
Lamb Curry
Spring lamb cooked in a fairly hot curry of tomatoes, spring onions, massala
capsicums.
Chicken Korma
A mild and sweet dish cooked with almonds and coconut to give a creamy
consistency.
Vegetable Curry
In a little vegetable oil, fry the onions gently.
Chicken Curry
Medium is strength, cooked in herbs, spices and a rich sauce.
Chicken Bhuna
A combination of a special blend of spices fried together to provide a dish of
medium strength.

If you are looking for accommodation in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and looking for something different, why not stay at our delightful 19th century stone cottage; perfect for a weekend away or holiday for families and groups to relax and unwind together. This unique service is a signature product of the Bluebird Hotel as this service is unavailable in most hotels in Newcastle.
Our Cottage is available in a Whole or Part Booking System, where you can book the whole cottage for you and your family for added privacy or book one or two rooms in the cottage and enjoy the benefits of a great affordable accommodation that feels like home.
The location is idyllic and only 2 miles from Newcastle city centre. There is convenient access to public transport; by bus, it takes 10 minutes to reach the city center. In addition, there are two supermarkets within 10 minutes walking distance, great for shopping for the self-catered cottage. The premises have high security and we have a live-in management team that is always at hand if help is needed. The cottage has been recently refurbished and it is fully furnished. It has a fully furnished kitchen, a dining room with a big screen TV perfect for entertaining. The house has 3 bedrooms; 2 double rooms with large double beds and a twin room with 2 single beds, a nice huge bathroom and a laundry room.
You will also be entitled to use all the facilities of the hotel; where you can watch all the latest movies and sports on our giant flat screen TV in the hotel lounge. The prices are £250 for a Saturday night and £150 for the other day including all bills. For a long term stay, ask for rates at reception.
