Our Hotel is situated on the steps of Fenham. Fenham is an area of the west
end of Newcastle upon Tyne (England). It lies to the west of the city centre. It
is bounded on the north and east by a large area of open land known as the Town
Moor. To the south lies Benwell, whilst West Denton lies to the west, blakelaw,
and Cowgate to the north, and Arthur’s Hill and Spital Tongue to the east.
It is an approximately 2 miles away from Newcastle town centre

You can check the availability of the rooms on our website. The rooms are
classified into five main categories that is single, double, twin, triple, Quad
room and the six beds along with it we have a separate cottage which is ideal
for the families.
You can pay us by various method such as if you make reservation via internet
you can pay us through our pay pal account. However if you would like to reserve
a room and pay on arrival you have to pay 20 percent of the total amount due for
the period of stay which can also be paid in our pay pall account.
On Arrival;
We accept all major cards, Euros, traveller cheques, and US Dollar of course
British pound is greatly appreciated.
We have 24/7 secured and dedicated parking space for 35 vehicles, which is
monitored by CCTV cameras and it, comes with extra-added feature of being very
free of cost.
Under our well planned SOP we advice our sales team to suggest our quad rooms
for family of four We can also provide travel caught for free and We have 24/7
dedicated telephone line. Please call us we can make necessary arrangements to
accommodate your requirements.
We welcome customers on the day of booking at 1400 hours and the client can
stay until midday on the following day.
Yes, feel free to ask our staff. We have a dedicated room in which we
can place your luggage.
Yes, you can and we provide discounted rates for our customers who
stay with us on a long-term basis.
Changes or cancellations of reservation are allowed 24 hours prior to the
date of reservation
In case if, you having any problem please contact our sales team we will try
to resolve it as soon as possible
We charge on per room basis if your booking shows one person it will not make
any such effect on the price therefore on your arrival we can make change the
number of the people who are staying based on the room you booked for your
booking.

Due to the nature of our floor plan, we cannot add an extra bed however; we
can make some alternative available for you.
